Saint Anna’s is a church in the Episcopal Diocese of California serving the city of Antioch and surrounding communities. We are a diverse community celebrating God’s love and acceptance. Our vicar is the Rev. Jane Stratford. We offer worship on Sunday at 10 AM.
Saint Anna’s is the first Episcopal church to be named after an African American woman, Deaconess Anna Ellison Butler Alexander, who devoted her life to the education of the children of former slaves in Georgia. It was formed in March 2019 through the merger of two former congregations, St. George’s in Antioch and St. Alban’s in Brentwood.
We are committed to serving the surrounding community and are following in the tradition of our patron saint by continuing her ministry through a partnership with Kimball Elementary School in Antioch which serves the children living in the immediate neighborhood to the church.
