The Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County promotes a workforce development system that meets the needs of businesses, job seekers, and workers, to support a strong and vibrant economy in Contra Costa County. We offer NO COST business services including job postings, access to qualified job seekers, on-site recruitments at one of our 4 career centers located in Antioch, Brentwood, Concord and San Pablo, job fairs, assistance with identifying tax credits for new hires and subsidized employment programs. We also offer outplacement services for businesses that are downsizing or closing and links to small business assistance.
