It’s almost time for East Contra Costa Women’s Leadership Initiative: Elevating Women Breakfast. This year the breakfast will take place on Thursday, October 24 at 7:30a at the Lone Tree Golf and Event Center. Our guest speaker this year is California State Treasurer Fiona Ma.
