Maggie Tai – My Executive Office
MY EXECUTIVE OFFICE opened its doors for business on January 18, 2013, in Antioch, California. My husband and I moved from San Francisco to east Contra Costa County to realize the American dream of home ownership. However, the daily work commute soon became too burdensome. Although a home office seemed like a good solution initially, it quickly became impractical because it was unfeasible to meet clients at home. Alternatively, Starbucks also lacked privacy and professionalism needed for client meetings. I am a PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY by trade and I needed a better way to conduct business in a more professional environment that could be affordable and versatile. Hence MY EXECUTIVE OFFICE was created!
MY EXECUTIVE OFFICE offers full time Private Office Rentals as well as an array of Virtual Office Services. Our Virtual Office Clients have the ability to conduct their business from anywhere and still project a professional image at an established location. When you become a MY EXECUTIVE OFFICE Virtual Office Client, you can use our business address (with an assigned suite number) for your business cards. When the need arises, you can reserve a Day Office or Conference Room to meet with clients/business associates in a professional setting.
Tired of missing important phone calls? Or, perhaps you are too busy to personally answer all your business calls? Hiring an in-house receptionist can be costly. Our “Live Receptionist” service is the better solution and more cost effective alternative to an answering service! Great customer service is more affordable than you think! We have various packages to fit any budget. Prices starting as low as $35 per month! Contact us for more information.
YOU TOO CAN BENEFIT FROM OUR VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES BY MINIMIZING YOUR OVERHEAD COSTS WHILE YOUR BUSINESS GROWS!
Why did I become an Ambassador? In my opinion, the best way to do business is by referral. What better way is there to market/grow your business and serve your community than to join the Chamber of Commerce? However, it’s not always easy being the new kid on the block. Luckily for me, the Antioch Chamber of Commerce welcomed my business with warmth and open arms. I want to do the same for our newest members!
What do you like best about being an Ambassador? I love the opportunity to meet new and like-minded entrepreneurs to mutually grow each other’s businesses and further a develop sense of community.
I look forward to getting to know you!
