Pathway to Pipeline

Registration is now open! Don’t miss this chance to learn how to inspire action, improve education, and advance our regional economy. The event will kick off LaunchPath in the Antioch region. LaunchPath, an online platform, is the most simple, accurate way to scale quality internships and work-based learning, bridging the gap between education and our future workforce.

11 to 12 will be a Student Showcase- A chance for you walk and talk to the students of our high schools and learn about the academies that they are involved in and what’s expected of them. Learn about the future of High School Reformation Statewide.
12 to 12:50 lunch will be served and we will have the opportunity to learn about an exciting new platform called Launchpath that will revolutionize the way that we volunteer to help our students as businesses.
1 to 2 PM- We are asking you and or people from your place of business to represent different career choices. Students will have the opportunity to talk with you and hopefully be inspired by one of you to prepare to be the workforce of the future in careers that they may not have even thought of yet.
There is no cost to attend the event. Please come and learn about our schools and inspire the youth to do better.
This half-day event will highlight the Antioch region’s commitment to integrating successful work-based learning programs, and kickoff LaunchPath. By bringing the Antioch businesses, employers and students together through LaunchPath, the region has the opportunity to exponentially strengthen its talent pipeline, increase graduation rates and scale its internship and work-based learning opportunities.

Developing the future workforce is easier than most employers realize. It can be guest speaking in classrooms about your industry, touring students around your office, or hosting student interns. However, it does require a strong partnership between employers and educators to prepare students for the working world.
